By booking and using Elovora’s services, you agree to the following terms.
Scope of Services
Elovora provides remote online notarization services in accordance with Texas law. We do not provide legal advice or guidance on the content of documents.
Identity Verification
All signers are required to complete identity verification during their session. This may include credential analysis and knowledge-based authentication as required under Texas remote online notarization laws.
Client Responsibility
Clients are expected to provide accurate information, present valid government-issued identification during the session, and ensure that documents are complete and ready for notarization.
Payment Terms
Payment is collected during the live session prior to completion of the notarization. Finalized documents will not be released until payment has been received.
Appointments & Preparation
Clients should be prepared at the time of their scheduled session. Incomplete documentation or delays may require rescheduling.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Repeated missed or late appointments may affect future booking availability.
Limitation of Responsibility
Elovora is not responsible for the legality, accuracy, or content of documents. Our role is limited to verifying identity and completing the notarial act.
Right to Refuse Service
Service may be declined if identification cannot be verified, requirements are not met, or there are concerns regarding fraud, coercion, or compliance.
Agreement
By proceeding with services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
