Through a secure, guided online session, documents are reviewed and notarized in real time. This approach allows for greater flexibility while maintaining the same level of accuracy, security, and professionalism expected from traditional notarization.

Price Transparency

In accordance with Texas law, remote online notarization (RON) fees are structured as follows:

$25 online notarization (RON) fee
$10 for the first notarized signature
$1 for each additional signature

Elovora offers a flat rate of $35 per session, which includes the state-approved RON fee and one notarized signature.

What To Expect

Complete the form in the booking section of our website. This will guide you through scheduling your appointment and uploading your documents in advance.
At your scheduled time, join your session with a valid form of identification ready for verification. During your appointment, you will receive a secure link through Adobe to review and sign your document.
Once your document has been signed, you will be prompted to submit your payment using a secure link or QR code provided during your session. After payment is received, your notarization will be completed and your final document will be sent to you via Adobe and Elovora.
